  • 6-10 miles $40.00

  • 11-15 miles $55.00

  • 16 - 20 miles $70.00

  • 21 - 25 miles $85.00

Over 25 miles .58 per additional mile rounded to the nearest dollar amount.

 

 

 

General Notary Signing Agent Fees

  • $85.00 for the first five (5) pages. Or, a minimum charge per Document Fulfillment after the first five (5) pages will be $35.00 per document if more than five (5) pages is being signed.

  • Signer Cost:                   Included in the document charge stated above.

  • Witnesses:                     $75.00 per witness per order.

  • Additional Signer:           $25.00 per signer per order.

  • Observer/Advisor:          No Charge.

  • Refinance                       $150.00

  • Purchase 1st                   $150.00

    • Purchase 2nd           $ 75.00

  • Reverse Mortgage          $ 135.00

    • Application                $ 90.00

  • Home Equity Credit         $ 100.00
